Membership: Fine Print

Ticket discounts apply to all matinees and evening showings of regularly scheduled weekly films in the Rose, Rosebud and Starlight Room. This excludes one-time-only special film screenings and benefits, unless otherwise advertised. Discount does not apply to performing arts presentations such as the National Theatre Live, Metropolitan Opera Live, film festivals or other special events. Discount cannot be applied to other discounted screenings (two-for-tuesdays, senior matinees, etc).

Concession discounts are available only when accompanied by that day’s valid movie ticket, and are only available for the member(s) listed on the plan. If you wish to share with a family member (such as a child, grandchild, roommate, etc), please add them to your plan.

LOYALTY POINTS

You must be a user in our system and sign up to a membership plan to earn points. Loyalty points accumulated during a Cinephile, Supporter or Sponsor annual plan expire once the plan expires. Loyalty points accumulated via our free Loyalty plan do not expire (subject to change).

Points used to purchase tickets can be redeemed in-person or online. Points used to purchase concessions must be used in-person.

ANNUAL PAID PLANS

Annual Paid Plans include our CINEPHILE, ROSE SUPPORTER OR ROSE SPONSOR plans, and must be renewed each year. The membership starts on the date purchased and expires exactly one year from date of purchase. You must renew before expiration to keep your benefits.

Member Partner benefits are only available for members on an annual paid plan, and expire one year from the date the plan started.You must have your Cinephile, Supporter or Sponsor membership card with you to be eligible for any benefits with Member Partners. You may be asked to present a valid photo ID along with your membership card.

In the event that a membership card is lost or stolen, please notify the Rose immediately for replacement at [email protected]

Member cards are not transferable during the year of membership. Discounts are only valid for the member whose name appears on the card. Members may be asked for a photo ID when making purchases or using other member benefits at the theatre.

Guest passes must be redeemed at the box office for a movie ticket prior to admission to the theatre. Please arrive early for busy shows (particularly at the Starlight room) to ensure that the theatre is not sold out.

SPONSORS

Information for Individual & Business Sponsors:

Private rentals will be scheduled through the membership office on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled a minimum of one month in advance. The film will be the movie currently on screen in the Starlight Room. Private screenings include free popcorn. All other concessions are available for purchase.

Reserved seating requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Ticket must be purchased before request is made. Reserved seating for Sponsors only. To reserve, email [email protected] or [email protected].
